Microsoft Dynamics Development Service
Starting November 1st 2009, Augmentum Inc is offering a host of development services targeted at the Microsoft Dynamics channel in the U.S., Canada and China. Over the past years of operation, we have been able to build up a talented group of Dynamics engineers, which is now offered to the Microsoft Dynamics System Integrators, Value added resellers and ISVs.
The services offered include six separate development services that are all covered by an optional maintenance program, an option to have a solution certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) guaranteed and an additional warranty program to cover any delivery made by Augmentum.

Our first service is designed to address the situation, where the Dynamics partner has an existing Dynamics base-application running within multiple customers. Typically each installation is different from the rest even though they all share a common set of base features. We will offer a “ready-to-deploy” service that targets the issue of having many different versions of the same base application by coding the base application to a maturity level that all the customers share. The remaining features that are truly different from customer to customer can then be developed onsite for each customer.
Next to this service, we have designed two upgrade services to assist partner with customer who want to upgrade to a newer version of Dynamics: One that upgrades to an existing version of Dynamics and one that upgrades to an up-coming version of Dynamics. Based on our close cooperation with Microsoft on both Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX, we have insight into the up-coming versions of both products, so customer, who wants to use the latest versions, can now choose to upgrade to launch.
To-Partner Delivery Model:
With the cross-border service we want to reach out to those ISVs that have great applications in one market and who want to bring their applications to other markets. In Augmentum we are able to combine the special features of a country-specific Dynamics application with the set of features that the ISV’s application is equipped with into a final, ready to launch fully localized ISV application. We can even take on the role of specifying each of the features that make up the final product.
Our Port to Dynamics is designed to support the onboarding process of a non-Dynamics application to either Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV. These years many existing non-Dynamics ISVs are busy porting proprietary applications to Dynamics and we have designed a service that targets this process, but completing the process at a much accelerated pace.
Outside the boundaries of the development services listed above Augmentum offers general customization development for both ISVs as for VARs and Sis.
