The customer has the large test matrix common to embedded software providers (features, protocols, platform, and localization). The challenge for the customer is releasing products for different locales simultaneously without compromising on the quality of the products, as the mobile device market is changing rapidly, and is evolving in different ways, up and down the stack, in different places. The company chose Augmentum for our UE expertise, combined with our established presence in and understanding of China.

Engagement
Augmentum focuses on product delivery from testing to packaging. Automating UI, device, and installation tests is a major productivity driver. In addition, Augmentum provides L10N testing. In 6 months, Augmentum has contributed to three major product releases.
