PremierOne™ CAD is a next generation Computer Aided Dispatch solution that centralizes voice, data and video information to communicate with public safety field personnel resulting in improved incident response time that is mission critical. The dispatchers have the real-time and continuous digital information of the situation, equipment, and resources to make effective decisions on asset utilization and emergency response. Central to this is a GIS-data map and GPS-aided resource management tool providing the location and identity of mobile users.

PremierOne™ Mobile enables first responders to access real-time, continuous digital information to assess and prepare for an incident while en route, and to maintain close coordination between field personnel when on the scene. Critical capabilities include touch screen access to rapidly receive information, real-time alerts such as location updates and suspect information, and geospatial technology enhancing situational intelligence.
