• At least 4 years of Windows BSP/driver development experience (not self taught)
• Rich application development experience in Windows Mobile based mobile phone and PDA
• Hands-on experience on USB(1.1/2.0), WiFi, Bluetooth, IrDA, VoIP, DVB, etc
• Strong C/C++ programming skills; Deep understanding OOA&OOD
• Good understand the trade-offs from architectural perspective to balance performance, robustness, cost and development life cycle.
• Acceptable oral/written English communication skills
