Software Development Manager

At least 5 years of professional software project experience with following qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree, PhD in computer-related disciplines from accredited university
• Acceptable oral/written English or Japanese communication skills
• Experience interacting with customers on requirements gathering/clarification
• Minimum 2 years experience managing software development teams of 10 or more
• Experience with recruiting, hiring, and the complete employee lifecycle
• Reasonable project management knowledge, master the usage of management tool, e.g., MS Project

Be accomplished in one or more technologies/areas of following,

• Java/C/C++/C# or other programming languages
• J2EE/EJB, servlets, JSP, Struts, Swing
• .NET
• Software Quality Assurance/Testing

• XML Schema/DTD, XML parsing technologies, XSLT
• Service Oriented Architecture
• OLAP/BI (Business Intelligence)
• EAI/BPM (Business Process Modeling)/Workflow
• Embedded technologies (Device drivers, Embedded OS)
• High volume transaction processing
• High volume web application development/deployment
• CRM/ERP
• Financial Service
• Telecommunication
• Supply Chain Management
